Cancellation and Refund Policy for CoffeeBeanVilla (Holiday Home/Villa)
- Effective Date: 1st January 2024
- Thank you for choosing Coffeebeanvilla for your holiday villa booking. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least one month away, are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made beyond the 48-hour window or within one month of the check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment.
2. Refund Process:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-8 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
3. Changing Dates:
- Changing of dates is subject to availability. If you wish to change your booking dates, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
- Changes to dates may result in additional charges or refunds depending on the new booking details.
4. Advance Payment:
- An advance payment is required to secure your reservation.
- In the event of a cancellation within the stipulated time frame, the advance payment will be forfeited.
- No-shows and cancellations beyond the allowed time frame will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment.
5. Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events that make it impossible for you to stay in the holiday home/villa, CoffeeBeanVilla reserves the right to cancel the reservation and provide a full refund.
