CoffeeBean Villa has been well-liked and well-known over the years for providing excellent location, settings, amenities & service at the best price possible without compromising on comfort or quality of experience in Sakleshpur. Most of all, we are loved by our customers for offering customizable rates according to their needs and itinerary.
Our per person per night rates start at Rs. 1400 for accommodation only. That is because most often our visitors like to sightsee during the day and it is much more convenient for them to have food outside. However, for guests who like to have meals at the resort, we serve 3 meals a day with a choice of veg and non-veg local delicacies. If you have a particular liking for any type of food, kindly tell us in advance. We have a full kitchen with professional cooks and staff to ensure your preferences are met.

We offer some exclusive packages on the weekdays (Weekdays are Monday to Thursday excluding Government Holidays

Terms and conditions
- Cancellation done 7 days or more before in advance will entitle to a complete refund.
- Cancellations done less than 7 days before arrival will entitle to a maximum refund of 50%.
- There will be absolutely no refund under any conditions if room is cancelled on the previous night or on the same day.
- Postponement will be at the sole discretion of the management of the stay.
